Customers can choose to receive a 100% refund or receive a new product.
Order lost in transit:

Customers can choose to receive a 100% refund or receive a new product.
Customer dissatisfaction with quality:

We will carefully review each case and provide a 40-55% refund.
Customers do not need to return products.
Customer dissatisfaction with fast shipping:

If the delivery period specified in the delivery policy page is exceeded, we will refund the express shipping fee to the customer.
Customer returns (not product related):

We will provide the customer with an address to return the product.
We will issue a 100% refund to the customer upon receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.
